Our property at Canonto Lodge with its 43 acres and 6 existing structures is being subdivided into 13 new lots. 4 of the 13 lots will be waterfront properties with cottages or homes already standing on them. The 9 new waterfront access properties created will co-own and share a large common area. The common area has a waterfront of 124 feet and is 7.22 acres in size. It will have a dock and all necessary facilities and amenities as decided by the owners. The 9 lots will therefore not only have access to the water, they will actually own a 1/9th share of the common area as well.
