We are in the final stages of bringing our next two subdivision projects on line. The two projects are Canonto Lodge and the Conservation Project. Both new projects contain either waterfront or deeded waterfront access lots.

CANONTO LODGE

Our property at Canonto Lodge with its 43 acres and 6 existing structures is being subdivided into 13 new lots. 4 of the 13 lots will be waterfront properties with cottages or homes already standing on them. The 9 new waterfront access properties created will co-own and share a large common area. The common area has a waterfront of 124 feet and is 7.22 acres in size. It will have a dock and all necessary facilities and amenities as decided by the owners. The 9 lots will therefore not only have access to the water, they will actually own a 1/9th share of the common area as well. We are cautiously optimistic the Canonto Lodge Subdivision will be approved in the spring or early summer of 2009. A Draft plan of the proposed subdivision in PDF format can be found here.

CONSERVATION PROJECT

Phase 1 of our 4 phase Conservation subdivision is also in its final stages and with cautious optimism we anticipate planning approval may be received in early 2009. The 4 Phases combined would provide approximately 120 lots on the roughly 1,000 acre property of which 800 acres would be common area, jointly owned by the owners of all the lots. Phase 1 consists of 28 spectacular wooded and meadow lots with a large common area and deeded waterfront access. A Copy of the Draft Plan of Subdivision for Phase 1 in PDF format can be found here. Initial prices for these lots will be from $50,000 and upwards at commencement of sales. Firm prices will be set when approval is received to proceed.
