Hilltop Vacation Properties shared or fractional ownership features 1/10th shares that equate to your having five weeks of exclusive usage each year. Annual dues cover all service and maintenance for your cottage. You can buy as many shares as you please, each share can increase in value in line with the property value and you can trade the weeks you wish to stay with other shareholders. Your real cottage is 100% owned and controlled by you and your fellow cottagers. There are no long-term management contracts. You only pay a monthly maintenance fee based on actual costs.
