FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP UNITS: BUY / RENT

If you purchase a fractional ownership unit, you may not be able to use all 5 weeks chosen by you. Rather than let any of the weeks go to waste, you may wish to consider earning income from the rental of your property when it is not in use. We have a full and active rental program set up and operating for our own rental properties and will manage and rent your fractional ownership property for you, for a fee.

Unwanted or unused weeks for your unit can be placed into a rental pool of available vacation properties. The weeks in the pool are rented out based on demand. At the end of the year the net rental income is divided up based on a formula, amongst those who placed weeks into the pool.
