We have made arrangements with premier builders to provide a full range of design and construction services required to build high quality homes. These builders specialize in creating value for our customers. This means putting the right kind of home design on a given lot to meet the needs of the customer in order to maximize future resale value. In every case the objective is for our customers to get the best possible result when building and finishing their new home. The design and building process is a complex one, with the need to coordinate many different activities and trades people, while conforming to planning and regulatory requirements.

Our associate builders have designed and built thousands of custom homes all over the world. They work with us, the land developers and with you the individual property owners, to construct quality homes while always taking full advantage of the features of the individual site. A complete construction service is provided. This includes supplying suitable designs, obtaining planning permits, supplying materials and sourcing all the trades required to build the home. While the entire project is normally managed from start to finish, if arranged, the house will be completed only to lock-up if the owner wishes to complete the balance of the home on their own schedule.
