FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP PROPERTIES NOW AVAILABLE We presently have 11 properties available for fractional ownership. Four of them are beautiful existing homes and cottages comprising a portion of the Canonto Lodge resort. The Lodge, the Stone Cottage, the Store Cottage, and the Studio Cottage will be fractionalized, depending on demand. All these cottages and homes can be viewed at www.canontolodge.com. We also have 7 of the largest, truly exceptional waterfront properties remaining in our earlier subdivision. The other 19 lots have been sold. Waterfront footages on beautiful, pristine Norcan Lake range from 541 feet to 2,624 feet and acreages from 22 to 53 acres. It is our intention to construct beautiful new chalets, cottages and homes on these lots, one at a time and to see fractional ownership units on them. We will commence construction as soon as 5 of the 10 fractional ownership units are sold. Fractional ownership prices for the new cottages and lots will be set based on the model and lot chosen.
