Up to 80% financing of all vacant lots, land, waterfront properties and waterfront access properties (based on maximum lot size of 10 acres) at interest rates as low as Prime plus 0.80% (current rate 3.8% as of Feb 26, 2009). Amortizations available up to 35 years.

Up to 95% financing of all properties with cottages or homes on them at interest rates as low as prime plus 1% and with monthly payments of interest only.

New construction mortgages (progress advances) are available, with terms to be negotiated with Scotiabank.
